Mr. Jesus Sandoval at J & J Auto Service and Transmissions is truly an outstanding person and an exceptional mechanic. Five stars are simply not enough to express how grateful I am for his empathy, honesty, sincerity, talent, and extensive mechanical knowledge. From the moment I spoke with him, he treated me with kindness, patience, and genuine respect. He carefully explained the work that needed to be done, answered my questions, and made me feel confident that my vehicle was in trustworthy and capable hands. The quality of service he provided went far beyond my expectations. It is rare to find someone who combines excellent mechanical skills with such compassion and integrity. I cannot emphasize enough how pleased I am with the service I received. I highly recommend Mr. Jesus Sandoval and J & J Auto Service and Transmissions to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and dependable automotive service. Brought my Jeep Cherokee XJ in for a complete 4.0L engine replacement. They're a certified Jasper vendor and managed the whole process smoothly from start to finish. What really impressed me was they also diagnosed some electrical issues I suspected but didn't know how to fix. They called and explained what they found, then asked what I wanted to do about it before doing any work. That kind of communication and honesty is hard to find. The quality of work was excellent. Trustworthy mechanics who know what they're doing. I'll definitely come back for any major work. Highly recommend for serious mechanical work.

I recently had the pleasure of working with J and J Auto Service for repairs on my 2007 BMW, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. They took the time to explain the issues with my car in a way that was easy to understand, and they provided clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. What really stood out to me was how quick and flexible they were. I needed the repairs done as soon as possible, and they went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. The quality of their work was outstanding—my BMW is running better than ever, and I feel confident knowing it was in such capable hands. I would absolutely recommend J and J Auto Service to all my family and friends. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and customer-focused mechanic, this is the place to go. Thank you, J and J Auto Service, for your exceptional service—you’ve earned a loyal customer for life!
